THE NEXT LEVEL OF STILLNESS: ATHLETIC STILLNESS

Imagine geting a 2 hour massage at a country club spa: and then meditating for 5 minutes..

When you meditate for those five minutes,  

you would have calmness,  inner peace,   and tranquility:    this is called  STILLNESS 

Imagine running very fast up a hill, and feeling even comfortable and tranquil while running

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

Imagine running fast and feeling more stillness while running than the resting meditation:

This is called "ATHLETIC STILLNESS"

IT IS TWO THINGS:   BEING  AN A   FLOW  STATE,      AND    ALSO HAVING AN   "AFTER GLOW"    THAT LAST FOR DAYS,         THE ATHLETIC STILLNESS MAKES THE  "FLOW STATE  LAST   MUCH,  MUCH  LONGER
